Nightmare Bonnie is an antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 and one of the seven nightmare animatronics in the game. He is the nightmarish incarnation of Bonnie (link it). Like Bonnie, Nightmare Bonnie is purple and wears a red bowtie, but unlike his original counterpart, he has a light-bluish tint. He wears a red bowtie like his original counterpart. His right hand and left foot are missing their covering. Nightmare Bonnie's ears are bent in certain parts. He also appears to be somewhat taller than his original counterpart. His suit is filled with holes.
In the game
In German Saw Game, he is in one of the topmost romos in the map. To kill him, German first has to throw a metalic belt with a cross bow, so that Nightmare Bonnie's hands were at his body. German has to throw then a dynamite with a slingshot directly at Nightmare Bonnie's chest where his large tear was located on. Then Nightmare Bonnie falls apart. After his parts dissappear, a giant eraser appears, which is required to defeat another enemy.
- In German Saw Game, he looked almost the same as in FNaF 4. The differences are that his right hand has his cover, his right foot is missing its cover instead of the left foot and his right ear sported didn't had any bent parts. He also looks much less damaged than in FNaF 4.
- If the player doesn't kill Nightmare Bonnie in time, he will jumpscare the player, resulting in a game over (like in FNaF 4 if Nightmare Bonnie is at the Left Hall's closest part to the bedroom and the player shines the flashlight on him or if the player stays idle for too long while Nightmare Bonnie is close enough to enter the bedroom).
- However, in German Saw Game, his jumpscare uses the FNaF 3 jumpscare sound instead of the FNaF 4 jumpscare sound.
