About him
Scratchy is a cartoon cat from the show Itchy & Scratchy, an obvious parody of Tom and Jerry. His enemy is Itchy, a blue mouse. In almost every episode, Scratchy is brutally hurt and sometimes killed by Itchy.
In the game
In Bart's game, he was working with Itchy and were trying to stop Bart. They recieved a nice present, two filled glasses on a trolley, which they didn't knew was poison filled in the glasses. But after they've drank they've became skeletons.
